Where do you get your data?

We get our data directly from counties. This allows us to find additional information about each property that is valuable to investors and to control the speed at which we can update the database. We aren’t just a list reseller. It is all through our database and systems.

How often is data updated?

We update data daily. If it is updated at the county level, it will be in our database in less than 24 hours. The county posts Notice of Default, Pre-Foreclosure, and Lis Pendes information throughout the month. The county typically posts Tax Sale information on the first Tuesday of the month. Regardless, we check every source every single day.

How is your data different from others?
We are not brokers just buying data and reselling it to make a buck. Our private databases and sources allow us to get up-to-date information as soon as possible. Our goal is to give our investors the upper hand so they can provide value to homeowners who need help as soon as possible.
We also run all our leads through the national Do Not Call registry. When you import these leads into your CRM, you can choose not to call them to stay compliant to protect yourself and your company.
Are there extra fees or markups?

Nope! Our priority is keeping pricing and subscriptions simple. We are currently serving the entire state of Texas. We have a monthly subscription for $195 and a yearly subscription for $1995. Your subscription includes skip-traced data for the entire state of Texas—no extra pay gates. Cancel at any time.

How long does it take to start?

As fast as you can fill out the signup form! You will get immediate access to everything.

Do we get support?
